I've been looking for a sight tool for a while but have been turned off by the high prices and questionable reviews. I ran across a sight tool here http://www.sightpusher.com/default.html

For $60 I decided to give it a try. When I first received it I was impressed with how sturdy it was and how simple it was to use. I put front and rear 10-8 sights on one of my 1911s and was surprised how simple it was. It took about 30 minutes to get the old sights off and the new ones on. Most of the time was spent fitting the new sights. It took less that 5 minutes to get the old sights off. What I really liked was that I used a 3/4" wrench to apply the pressure instead of some flimsy knob.

Here are a few videos I found online before purchasing that helped me decide:

Hope this helps some others out.

I would thank so but I only used it to remove novaks and install 10-8 sights. They sale additional pushers for other specific sights such as the XD and beretta lines of guns.
